Investment Strategist

INVL Family Office is expending and looking for a new team member to join us as Investment Strategist.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supervision of family office clients’ financial assets, formation, and implementation of tailored investment strategies;
  • Analysis of financial markets, investment products and services. Finding and evaluating new investment ideas;
  • Regular meetings with clients, discussion regarding supervised assets and financial markets;
  • Preparation of periodic financial reports.

We expect that you have:

  • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or similar fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis or advisory positions;
  • Experience in communicating with clients on financial topics;
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to details and the ability to quickly understand complex information;
  • Very good command of Lithuanian and English;
  • Willingness to learn and high personal integrity.

Credit Analyst

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Evaluation of INVL group investments (bonds, private debt funds, other fixed income products), analysis of markets and business sectors;
  • Risk assessment of investment projects;
  • Ensuring compliance of decisions and projects with company procedures and regulatory requirements;
  • Preparation of information and convenient presentation to decision makers.

We expect that you have:

  • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Econometrics or similar higher education;
  • 2-3 years of similar work experience in the financial market;
  • Analytical thinking ability to present information in a constructive argumentative manner;
  • Diligence, attention to details;

Financial Controller

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Inventory, systematization and custody of financial data of INVL group companies;
  • Setting up financial data management processes within INVL group companies;
  • Development of management reports using visualization tools (Power BI);
  • Monthly controlling of financial performance of INVL group companies and managed funds, including analysis of key financial ratios;
  • Coordination of annual budgeting process for INVL group companies.

We expect from you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar position;
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, etc.);
  • Good understanding of optimization and automation of reports;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of company‘s economics and basic accounting principles;

INVL Family Office is expending and looking for a new team member to join us as Process manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Organization, maintenance, auditing and improvement of business processes necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the Family Office;
