Financial Advisor

INVL Family Office is expending and looking for a new team member to join us as Financial Advisor.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Actively searching for clients as well as working with current client base;
  • Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services;
  • Assessing clients’ overall financial picture, understanding their needs, and developing a financial plan;
  • Guiding clients towards financial solutions;
  • Continuous gathering of information to assess potential impacts and identify possible risks and opportunities for the clients;
  • Providing advice on financial issues and decisions;
  • Staying informed and comply with all relevant legislative, financial, procedural, and quality requirements.

We expect that you have:

  • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Management, Finance, or similar field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management;
  • BFAA license (or other license that confirms investment advisor’s qualification) (would be considered as advance);
  • Experience in communicating with clients on financial and other topics;
  • Great teamworking skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to details and the ability to quickly understand complex information;
  • Very good command of Lithuanian and English;
  • Willingness to learn and high personal integrity.

Junior Financial Advisor

INVL Family Office is expending and looking for a new team member to join us as Junior Financial Advisor.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working together with the team to attract new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers;
  • Learn and provide strategic advice on various financial products and services to clients;
  • After acquiring relevant knowledge – assess the general financial situation of clients, identify their needs, prepare proposals for financial solutions;
  • Constantly monitor market information in order to assess possible changes and potential risks and opportunities for customers.

We expect that you have:

  • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Management, Finance, or similar field;
  • BFAA license (or other license that confirms investment advisor’s qualification) (would be considered as advance);
  • Experience in communicating with clients on financial and other topics, presentation skills;
  • Great teamworking skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to details and the ability to quickly understand complex information;
  • Very good command of Lithuanian and English;
  • Willingness to learn and high personal integrity.

Investment Accounting Specialist

INVL Family Office is expending and looking for a new team member to join us as Investment Accounting Specialist.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Perform securities registry for all types of financial instruments with all related details
  • Handle and monitor daily settlement tasks
  • Manage calculation of client portfolios, handle trade orders and cash operations
  • reconciliation of clients‘ accounts and portfolio holdings
  • Preparation and submission of various regulatory and client reports
  • Participate in projects and improve our current processes.

We expect that you have:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or Economics would be considered as a benefit
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar field
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, including fixed income and equity securities, alternative investments would be an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Positive attitude, attention to details and efficient time management
  • Good understanding of English language.

Data Analyst

INVL Asset Management  is expending and looking for a new team member to join us as Data Analyst.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Inventory, systematization and creation of data visualization tools for INVL Group companies using Power BI
  • Data analysis, according to business needs
  • Development of analysis tools
  • Optimization and automation of financial processes and reports of Group companies.

We expect that you have:

  • University degree in Finance, Math or Economics;
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience in optimization and automation of reports
  • Understanding the activities of companies in the financial sector (advantage)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and create positive change
