Andrej Cyba has become Chairman of the Board of the wealth-management financial brokerage firm INVL Finasta. He joined the company’s board on 27 September this year, after receiving the approval of the Bank of Lithuania, and was elected chairman. Since August, he is also Chief Business Development Officer at INVL Asset Management, one of the leading Lithuanian asset management companies. Both INVL Finasta and INVL Asset Management are part of Invalda INVL, one of the Baltic region’s leading asset management groups.

Andrej Cyba has more than 12 years of management experience in the areas of asset management, financial intermediation and capital raising, banking and manufacturing. He started his career in 2004 as a financial analyst at the Finasta brokerage firm. In 2008-2009 he worked in Invalda group companies managing private equity investments, and after the sale of the Finasta group companies became CEO of Finasta Asset Management.
In 2011, Cyba became a member of the board of Bankas Finasta AB and oversaw financial intermediation and treasury activities. In 2015 he was elected Chairman of the Board at Bankas Finasta. During 2016 he also worked on the Invalda INVL team as an advisor to the CEO. Andrej Cyba holds a bachelor’s degree in management and business administration from Vilnius University and also has a general financial broker license.
