INVL Partner Global Real Estate Fund I aims to attract additional investor capital

INVL Partner Global Real Estate Fund I, an open-ended fund for informed investors managed by the leading Baltic alternative asset manager INVL Asset Management, has launched a new distribution phase of its investment units aimed at raising further capital for investments in the global real estate sector.

“Investor interest in stable, geographically diversified investments remains strong. Therefore, we are continuing the distribution of this fund, providing investors with access to funds managed by such global alternative asset managers as Brookfield Asset Management and Hines. This enables investors from the Baltic region to participate in world-class real estate projects,” says Asta Jovaišienė, Head of the INVL Family Office, which is responsible for distributing the fund’s investment units.

In previous subscription phases, this open-ended fund with an unlimited operational term has raised a total of USD 15.39 million.

The new placement of INVL Partner Global Real Estate Fund I units began on 30 March across all three Baltic States. The units are distributed by the brokerage firm INVL Financial Advisors, which operates in Lithuania under the brand INVL Šeimos biuras, and in Latvia and Estonia as INVL Family Office. The minimum investment amount for participation in this fund is USD 145,000.

Brookfield Asset Management — listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) — together with its affiliated entities managed more than USD 1 trillion in assets at the end of 2025, with approximately USD 270 billion in real estate, ranking third globally by real estate assets under management. Meanwhile, Hines, with more than 68 years of experience as a developer, owner, manager, and investor, manages assets worth nearly USD 100 billion.

The fund seeks to increase participants’ capital value over the long term while also providing an opportunity to receive periodic income from the fund’s assets.
