Reporting Legal or Ethical Violations (Whistleblowing)
INVL Asset Management (hereinafter – the Company) adheres to the highest ethical standards and encourages the reporting of unlawful actions, suspected misconduct, or other breaches of legal regulations related to the Company. The Company ensures that all reports are handled confidentially.
Your report will contribute to responsible and transparent operations, enable timely identification of risks, and support the implementation of appropriate measures.
You may submit a report – along with any supporting evidence or other relevant information – by filling out the online form.
What Can Be Reported?
When submitting a report, you should have reasonable grounds to believe that the information you provide is accurate.
The purpose of the whistleblowing channel is to prevent fraud, corruption, unlawful activities, and non-compliance with regulations across various areas. INVL Asset Management encourages reporting of actions related to the Company that:
• Could harm the business or its reputation.
• Involve financial crime or fraud.
• Include corruption or bribery.
The purpose of this service is not to voice dissatisfaction with working conditions, organisation or management, or conflicts in the workplace. Reports of misconduct that exclusively affect the whistleblower or his/her work situation are generally not considered to be a whistleblowing case.
Anonymous or Confidential Reporting
You have the option to choose between anonymous reporting or providing your name and contact details when submitting a report.
If you choose anonymous reporting, your identity will remain completely hidden unless you voluntarily provide personal information. There is no obligation to disclose any personal details.
If you choose confidential reporting, you can provide your name and contact information. This option may be required by some organisations, and will facilitate investigation as well as any necessary follow-up actions. Appropriate measures will be taken to protect your identity and the information provided, in accordance with Whistleblower Protection Laws.
The Company will not disclose the identity of the reporting person or the information provided, unless such disclosure is required by law.
If contact information is provided with the report, the Company will inform the individual about the progress of the investigation within 2 business days of receiving the report.
