Investment strategy

The investment objective of the fund’s assets is to achieve a higher than average return by assuming medium risk. The fund’s investments are evenly distributed between corporate equities and bonds issued or guaranteed by governments, central banks, bank deposits or corporate bonds. We advise middle-aged people (47-58 years) to choose this fund. Structure: 50 percent – equities, 50 percent – bonds (the fund rules stipulate that the fund may invest up to 70% in shares).

Fees

Management fee: 0.80 percent

Calculated on an accrual basis each business day as a percentage of the average annual net asset value of the fund.

Withdrawal fee: 10 percent

The fee for a partial withdrawal of money accumulated in the fund (as a percentage of the amount withdrawn) applies when the withdrawal is made less than two calendar years after the last withdrawal. This deduction does not apply for participants of pension funds who have acquired the right to a pension benefit in accordance with the pension fund rules.

Starting fee: 30 percent

The 30 percent starting fee, which applies to pension contributions made during the first 12 months after becoming a participant, may not exceed EUR 200 during the period but shall be deducted until the minimum amount of EUR 100 is reached. This fee applies only to new participants whose agreements entered into force after 14 June 2018 and to participants transferring from a pension fund managed by another management company. Participants transferring from another pension fund managed by the management company are exempted from the starting fee if the amount transferred between the pension funds managed by the management company is more than EUR 2,000 and if more than 12 months have elapsed since the entry into force of the agreement for the other pension fund managed by the management company.

Depositary fee: is a fee for services provided by the depositary under a contract. It shall amount to no more than 0.15 percent of the fund’s average annual net asset value.

Other expenses: foreign exchange, money transfer, brokerage, audit and other expenses. They shall not exceed 0.3 percent of the average annual net asset value of the fund.

Fund and benchmark values

Important to know

While participating in a 3rd pillar pension fund, you will be required to pay the fees specified in the rules of the respective fund. The money accumulated in a pension fund is invested according to the investment strategy specified in the rules of the relevant pension fund. When saving in pension funds, you assume the investment and investment-related risk. The value of a pension fund can go both up and down, and you can get back less than you invested. Past performance of a pension fund does not guarantee the same results and profitability in the future. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. When seven or fewer years remain before retirement, consider investing in a conservative investment pension fund (INVL STABILO III 58+/INVL Stable).

Before you make an investment decision, assess all the risks associated with the investment yourself or with a help of investment consultants. Carefully read the rules of the pension fund, which are an integral part of the pension accumulation agreement.

A fund participant may choose from the following forms of pension payment: a lump sum, periodic payments in instalments (conversion of a portion of fund units in the pension account into money to be paid out at regular intervals) or purchase of an annuity from a life insurance company.
