Information on the amendment of the rules and prospectus of the funds INVL Umbrela Fund and INVL Baltic fund (2021-04-27)

INVL Asset Management seeking to increase the operating efficiency of the funds it manages and ensure the highest quality of services, is implementing INVL Umbrella Fund and INVL Baltic Fund strategic changes. The Bank of Lithuania approved the amendments to the Rules of the Fund on 26 April 2021.

Key CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, that will enter into force on 30 June 2021:

  • The INVL Emerging Europe Bond Subfund, a subfund of the INVL Umbrella Fund, is becoming a feeder undertaking and will invest up to 100 per cent, but not less than 85 per cent, of its net assets in the investment units of the INVL Emerging Europe Bond Fund which is a subfund of the INVL Fund, an umbrella fund newly established together with partners in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.   • INVL Russia ex-government Equity Subfund narrows its scope of potential investments by excluding investments n the shares of state-controlled companies, operating in Russia and neighbour countries, from its investment strategy. Because of these changes, the INVL Russia ex-government Equity Subfund’s name is being changed to “INVL Russia ex-Government Equity Subfund”. Information on the merger of INVL Asset Management funds (2019)

Consequent to Lithuanian Supervisory Authority’s approval, INVL Asset Management informs about the upcoming merger of INVL Baltic Fund and INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund. The Fund merger will take effect January 15, 2020 and as a result, INVL Emerging Europe ex Russia TOP20 Subfund will be incorporated into INVL Baltic Fund (20th November 2019).

On 3 January 2018, the unit value of INVL Russia TOP20 Sub-Fund managed by INVL Asset Management on 29 December 2017 was recalculated and adjusted. The published unit price is €30.5389, after conversion the published unit price is €30.4747.

Information on the merger of INVL Asset Management funds (2016)

Consequent to Lithuanian Supervisory Authority’s approval, INVL Asset Management informs about the upcoming merger of INVL Baltic Fund and INVL Global Flexible Subfund. The Fund merger will take effect on June 1, 2016 and as a result, INVL Global Flexible Subfund will be incorporated into INVL Baltic Fund (12th April 2016).

INVL Asset Management’s asset management companies in Lithuania and Latvia hereby announce that on 19 January 2016 two Latvia-registered investment funds Finasta Obligāciju Fonds and Finasta Sabalansētais Fonds were successfully incorporated into the Finasta Emerging Europe Bond Subfund of the Lithuania-registered harmonized investment fund Finasta Umbrella Fund (19th January 2016).

Consequent to Latvian and Lithuanian Supervisory Authorities’ approval, INVL Asset Management informs about the upcoming cross-border merger of three investment funds, managed by asset management companies in Lithuania and Latvia. Two Latvia-registered open ended investment funds Finasta Obligāciju fonds and Finasta Sabalansētais fonds will be incorporated into Lithuania-registered Harmonized Open-ended Umbrella Investment Fund’s Finasta Emerging Europe Bond Subfund (8th December 2015).
